Petitioner's grievance is that in spite of a written complaint dt.09-06-2016 made by her to the 3rd respondent against 4th respondent, no action has been taken by 3rd respondent.

Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 states that Cr.No.102 of 2016 was registered on 15-07-2016 by 3rd respondent and that 3rd respondent would investigate the same. 3.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to expeditiously complete the investigation and file final report in the competent Court. No costs.

4. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
