O R D E R
Aggrieved by the action of the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 02.11.2018 for mutation of his name in the revenue records, in respect of the subject property, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
From the material on record, it could be seen that petitioner has not filed application in Form VI-A through Mee-Seva for mutation of his name in the revenue records by paying the requisite fee. In view of the same, writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file Form VI-A application through Mee-Seva and on receipt of such application, 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such application.
Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
