THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 5456 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the application of the petitioner dt.02.07.2015 for renewal of Trade Licence for the period 2015-2016. This Court has already passed interim order on 01.03.2016, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner for renewal of his trade licence and pass appropriate orders. Sri K.R.Koteswara Rao, Learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent submits that as on today the petitioner is running the Bar and Restaurant.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Excise. Since, the relief sought in the writ petition worked out by virtue of interim order dated 01.03.2016, no further orders are required and I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition in terms of the interim order dated 01.03.2016, passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.6941 of 2016.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
