ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for the following relief: "...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Madamus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India declaring the inaction of the respondents 1, 2 and 3, not paying 2/3rd of salary to the petitioners on par with employees working in the Government Industrial Training Institutes (I.T.Is), consequently direct the respondents to continue the services of the petitioners, pay 2/3rd of the salary on par with their counter parts working in Government Industrial Training Institutes keeping in view of proceedings of Director General of Employment and Training, Ministry of Labour, Government of India i.e., the 4th respondent herein vide Lr.No.DGET-19/19/95-CD, dated 8.5.1997, protect the services of the petitioners and to continue the Trades/Courses in the 3rd respondent institution and pass such other order or orders to meet the ends of justice."

Heard Sri Sukesh Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Animal Husbandry appearing for the respondents.

The petitioners are working in Mukarram Jah Institute for Vocational Training under Mukarram Jah Trust for Education and Learning. Their grievance is that respondents 1 to 3 are not paying salaries to them on par with their counterparts working in Government Industrial Training

Institutes in pursuance of the proceedings of the 4th respondent dated 08.05.1997.

This Court is of the considered view that if respondents 1 to 3 are not paying salaries to the petitioners, who are working in the 3rd respondent-institution, in pursuance of the proceedings dated 8.5.1997 issued by the 4th respondent, they are at liberty to submit a representation to respondents 1 to 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The petitioners are at liberty to submit a representation to respondents 1 to 3 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, respondents 1 to 3 shall consider and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
