This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused No.2, for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.26 of 2017 on the file of the Kalidindi Police Station, Krishna District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 506 read with 34 of I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused No.2, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

In the earlier anticipatory bail application of this petitioner/ accused No.2 in Criminal Petition No.3801 of 2017, this Court held that it is a clear case of cheating and a prima facie case is made out against the petitioner/ accused No.2 and ultimately dismissed the said application.

No changed circumstances are brought to the notice of this Court and as such, there is nothing to take a different view. 4 .

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
