The petitioners/A.1 to A.4 and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsel. 2.
I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 are filed to permit them to compromise and to compound the offence respectively in C.C.No.253 of 2016 on the file of the XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 506 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and settlement-cum-compromise deed was also appended.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.253 of 2016 on the file of the XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed and the petitioner/accused is acquitted. The bail bonds of A.1 to A.4, if any, shall stand cancelled.
