The petitioners/A.1 to A.5 and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant, representing R.3 to R.6 being natural mother, are present along with their respective counsel.

I.A.No.2 of 2018 is filed to permit them to compound the offences by recording compromise in D.V.C.No.171 of 2016 on the file of the IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 18 to 20 of the Domestic Violence Act, by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and settlement-cum-compromise deed was also appended.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.No.2 of 2018 is allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in D.V.C.No.171 of 2016 on the file of the IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed and the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 are acquitted. The bail bonds of A.1 to A.5, if any, shall stand cancelled.
