Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader and perused the material available on record.

The issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.6690 of 2016, dated 03-03-2016.

In view of the same, in terms and in accordance with the aforesaid judgment, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 4th Respondent to cause a survey for demarcating the lands of the petitioner by considering the representations of the petitioner after collecting necessary charges therefor within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the petitioner and other affected parties, if any, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
