The petitioner/sole accused and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant, representing R.3 to R.6 being natural mother, are present along with their respective counsel.

I.A.No.2 of 2018 is filed to permit them to compound the offences by recording compromise in M.C.No.317 of 2017 on the file of the X Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for trial of JHCBBC, Nampally, Hyderabad, seeking maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C., by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and settlement-cum-compromise deed was also appended.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.No.2 of 2018 is allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in M.C.No.317 of 2017 on the file of the X Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for trial of JHCBBC, Nampally, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed and the petitioner/accused is acquitted. The bail bonds of accused, if any, shall stand cancelled. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ Dr. B. SIVA SANKARA RAO, J 16th November 2018.
