This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner-A1 for the offences alleged under Sections 307, 323, 498-A IPC and 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition and to that effect, he submitted a letter, dated 02.11.2017, before the Registry. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
