HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.12197 of 2018 COMMON ORDER :

The petitioners are A.1 to A.4 and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsel. 2.

I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 are filed to permit them to compound the offences and to record the compromise respectively in Crime No.28 of 2018 of Kamatipura Police Station, Hyderabad City, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 read with 34 IPC, by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and memorandum of understanding was also appended.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioners/A.1 to A.4 in F.I.R.No.28 of 2018 of Kamatipura Police Station, Hyderabad City, are hereby quashed and they are acquitted. The bail bonds of A.1 to A.4, if any, shall stand cancelled. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ Dr. B. SIVA SANKARA RAO, J 16th November 2018.
