This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused No.2, for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.11 of 2016 on the file of the Pamarru Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 420, 376G read with 34 of I.P.C. and Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. 2 .

At the hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that no offence is made out against the petitioner/ accused No.2 in the present crime. 3 .

Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is disposed of accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
