I.A.No.1 of 2019 is filed by the petitioner/ respondent seeking to record the compromise in terms of the compromise memo dated 08.04.2019 filed by both the parties in the Second Appeal and to close the same.

Heard Sri Parsa Ananth Nageswar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner/ respondent, Sri C.B.Ram Mohan Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent/ appellant and perused the record. 3.

The appellant and the respondent are present before this Court and they are identified by their respective counsel on record. Both parties have filed compromise memo dated 08.04.2019 stating that the subject matter of the Second Appeal is compromised outside the Court. Both of them have also stated that the compromise entered in between them is voluntary and ultimately prayed this Court to allow I.A.No.1 of 2019 and dispose of the Second Appeal in terms of the compromise entered in between them.

Under these circumstances, I.A.No.1 of 2019 is allowed and consequently, Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise entered in between both the parties vide Memo dated 08.04.2019. No order as to costs.
