P. No.10503 /2017 dated t5-Ll-21t7 to the petitioner/Accused, pending disposal of CRLP No.10503 of 2077, on the file of the High court.

CRLP NO: 1O5O3 OF 2017 Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to release the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.76 of 2Ol7 of P.S.Uravakonda, Anantapuramu District.

The Petition coming on for hearing/ upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and the order of the High Court dated 75.7t.2O17 made in Crl.P., and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V.L.Surendra. Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor (AP) for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in CRLP,No.1O5O3 of 2017 dated 15.11.2017 being that the petitioner shall attend before the Station House Officer, Uraval(onda Police Station on every Sunday between O8,O0 am and 1O.OO am till filing of the charge sheet. The Public Prosecutor submits that the charge sheet is already filed' Hence, in view of the above, there is no need for the petitioner to approach this Court for relaxation of the condition, as the condition stands relaxed automatically by virtue of filing of the charge sheet. The petition is disposed qf.
