HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.19676 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner he is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.4.25 guntas in Sy.No. 145 situated at Manchirevula Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District having inherited the same from his father. The petitioner was issued ownership certificate under section 38-E of the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950 vide proceedings dated 15.05.1975. Basing on the same, the petitioner made an application dated 20.02.2015 in Form VI (A) by paying requisite fee by way of challan in Mee-seva for mutation of his name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deeds in his favour before the 3rd respondent. Subsequently, the 3rd respondent issued notices dated 14.07.2015 and 02.11.2015 for conducting enquiry. But till today, no enquiry was conducted and no orders are passed. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of above facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 20.02.2015 within a period of six

(6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law and communicate the same with the petitioner.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 22-06-2016 dv
