The matter was accordingly directed to be posted under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 14.06.2017. Today, the matter appears under the said caption but, yet again, there is no representation for the petitioners or their learned counsel.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order dated 19.09.2016 shall stand vacated.
