This Contempt Case is filed alleging nonimplementation of the order in WPMP.No.22253 of 2016 in W.P.No.18114 of 2016 dated 29.06.2016.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced before this Court a copy of the memo dated 16.11.2016 complying with the interim order dated 29.06.2016 and, in view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. No order as to costs.
