This writ petition is filed stating that the respondents are not considering the application dated 03-10-2018 for cancellation of illegal mutation granted by respondent No.4 vide ROR/89/2014, dated 25-12-2013 under the category of virasat in collusion with respondent No.5 who is no way concerned with the land to an extent of Ac.1-17 guntas in Sy.No.270/A of Utkur Village, Luxettipet Mandal, Mancherial District without following due procedure. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue says that against grant of mutation, revision lies to the Joint Collector. Though the petitioner submitted an application, but the same is not addressed to the Joint Collector.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioner will make necessary application before the Joint Collector concerned. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make necessary application before the Joint Collector. On such application, the Joint Collector shall consider the same and pass orders, in accordance with law after issuing notice to the affected parties within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
