This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not taking any action on petitioner's Mee Seva application No.RMU-011800989142, dated 11.07.2018, submitted for the purpose of mutation and title deed-cum-E-pass Book to the land to an extent of Ac.3.00 cents in Sy.No.537/2 and an extent of 4.96 cents in Sy.No.337, Chinnamarrivedu, H/o.Alwala Village, Gonegandla Mandal, Kurnool District. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application submitted by the petitioner in Form 6-A of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, is pending before the respondents, it is for them to consider and dispose of the same.

Accordingly, the respondents are directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form 6-A, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
