THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.34367 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard Ms.S.Nanda, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3.

The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 2 and 3 in taking steps to demolish his house built over 182 square yards located at Door No.4-73, 4th Ward, Madhira, Khammam District, without issuing any notice in spite of the proceedings of the District Panchayat Officer dated 23.03.1993 and letter dated 25.11.2011 as illegal and unconstitutional. Having regard to the instructions received by the Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3 and the view I take for disposing of the writ petition, the other circumstances in writ affidavit are not adverted to.

Learned Standing Counsel makes a statement that the respondents will not demolish or dispossess the petitioner except in the manner stipulated by law.

The statement is placed on record.
