"This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A.4 under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant anticipatory bail to her in Crime No.288 of 2017 of V Town Police Station, Nellore, SPSR Nellore District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 304-B and 201 I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner-A.4, and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State, apart from perusing the material available on record.

As per the material available on record, this petitioner-A.4 harassed the deceased for additional dowry along with A.1 and other accused. As per the record placed, this petitioner-A.4 is a resident of Vikrama Nagar, Nellore, SPSR Nellore District. The deceased and her husband were living in Hyderabad from the year 2015. The subject death occurred on 19/20-08-2017. The requirement of the offence punishable under Section 304-B I.P.C. is dowry harassment soon before the death. On the date of the alleged incident, as this petitioner-A.4 was not in Hyderabad and she was at Vikrama Nagar, Nellore, SPSR Nellore District, the bail
application of the petitioner-A.4 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. can be considered on some conditions.

In the result, the petitioner-A.4 is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, V Town Police Station, Nellore, SPSR Nellore District, within a period of 15 days from today. On such surrender, the Station House Officer, V Town Police Station, Nellore, shall release the petitioner-A.4 on bail on petitionerA.4 executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the same S.H.O. On release, the petitioner-A.4 shall abide by the conditions mentioned in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and cooperate with the investigating officer. The petitioner-A.4 shall also attend before the Station House Officer, V Town Police Station, Nellore, on every Sunday between 9-00 a.m. and 10-00 a.m. till filing of the charge sheet. 5.
