This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 29-08-2016 in W.A.M.P.No. 1901 of 2016 in W.A.No. 768 of 2016. 2.

At the hearing, learned counsel representing respondent No. 3 submitted that an application was made for modification of the aforementioned interim order and that till the said application is disposed of, respondent No. 3 will not undertake the selection process. She has further submitted that if the interim order is not modified, respondent No. 3 will comply with the direction issued therein by providing 20% weightage marks to the petitioners for selection of SubEngineers. The aforementioned submission is placed on record and the contempt case is closed.
