This revision is filed aggrieved by the action of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge at Asifabad in not disposing I.A.No.83 of 2016 in O.S.No.29 of 2016 even after filing the counter. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

The Court below was pleased to pass ad interim injunction order in I.A.No.83 of 2016 in O.S.No.29 of 2016 on 12.06.2016. It is brought to the notice of this Court that though counter was filed long back, the impugned I.A.No.83 of 2016 is not finally disposed of. When interim order is granted, the I.A. is required to be disposed of within 30 days from the date of granting ex parte interim injunction order. Under these circumstances, the Court below is directed to dispose of I.A.No.83 of 2016 in O.S.No.29 of 2016 within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
