HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA CRIMINAL PETITION No.12220 of 2018 ORDER:

The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioners in C.C.No.739 of 2016 on the file of the Court of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. No representation on petitioners' side on call. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that the petitioners along with accused No.1 moved another Criminal Petition for quash of proceedings and the said Criminal Petition was allowed and the proceedings against the petitioners herein also were quashed and thus, the present Criminal Petition has become infructuous. The submission thus made remains unopposed.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
