Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A.7 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State, and perused the record.

This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner/A.7 in Crime No.95 of 2016 of Rompicharla Police Station, Guntur District, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 302, 120-B read with 34 IPC. The earlier bail application of the petitioner in Crl.P.No.1313 of 2017 was dismissed by this Court on 22.02.2017. There are no changed circumstances. Hence, it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/A.7.
