O R D E R

Aggrieved the action of the 2nd respondent - Sub Registrar, Kanigiri, Prakasam District in not registering the document presented by the petitioners in Document No.P-78/15, pertaining to the land admeasuring Acs.8-86 cents in Sy.Nos.384, 385, 384/2 and 384/3 situated at Machavaram village, Sankavaram Grampanchat, H/o Machavaram, Kangiri Mandal, Prakasam District, on the ground that the said property is in the prohibited list furnished by the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, Kanigir, the present writ petition has been filed.

The learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that the subject matter in the writ petition is squarely covered by the directions given by the Full Bench of this court in W.A.Nos.232 of 2012, 352 of 2013 and 343 of 2015 dated 23.12.2015 and hence the same may be disposed of in terms of the said order. In view of the above submission, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the directions granted by this court in W.A.Nos.232 of 2012, 352 of 2013 and 343 of 2015 dated 23.12.2015.

No order as to costs.
