HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.41400 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not issuing the pattadar pass books in the name of the petitioners for their agricultural lands to an extent of Ac.2.03 guntas each Ac.0.14 in Sy.No.299/A/1, situated at Aloor-1 Village, Chevella Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the grievance of the petitioners is pending before the 4th respondent by way of representation dated 03.10.2018, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioners and take action, in accordance with law, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
