HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.11449 & 11450 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.10219 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of C.C.No.97 of 2016 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Pulivendula, which is outcome of crime No.172 of 2014 of Vempalli Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471 & 472 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
