This appeal is filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, assailing the order dated 25.4.2012 passed in O.P. No.2719 of 2008 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-Court of XVI Additional Chief Judge-cum-Court of II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal. A letter dated 01.10.2018, to that effect, was also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
