Shaik Mohd. Saleem v. The State Of Telangana,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 17500 of 2016 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities and learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development.
With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.
The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that his representation dated 26.04.2016, made to respondent Nos.2 and 3, bringing to their notice the illegal constructions made by respondent No.4, is not considered till date.
Since this Court is not entertaining the matter on merits, it may not be necessary to issue notices to the unofficial respondent. As stated earlier, the only ground urged by the petitioner is that his representation dated 26.04.2016, is not considered till date by the second respondent.
Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the facts in issue, the present writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 26.04.2016, made by the petitioner, if the same is still pending, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. _____________________ JUSTICE PRAVEEN KUMAR 06.06.2016, vhb
