Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri J.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for respondents.

It is stated by the counsel on either side that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.31-03-2015 in W.P.No.33343 of 2012 and batch.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the said order by referring the case of the petitioner to the Apex Medical Board of the Singareni Collieries Company Limited. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
