The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner and possessor of agricultural property to an extent of Ac.4.98 cents covered by Survey No.11/3 of Jangamreddypalle Revenue Village in Tarlupadu Mandal of Prakasam District having acquired the same from his ancestors. While so, the petitioner submitted online application No.RPP011800728742 in Form 6A of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971 (for short " the Act") dated 18.08.2018 through Mee-seva to the 3rd respondent requesting to grant E-Pattadr Pass Book and Title Deed and the 3rd respondent also acknowledged the said application. As no action is being taken till date on the said application, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is in Form 6-A of the Act is pending before the 3rd respondent, it is for the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the same.

Accordingly, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form 6-A, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a

period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 16.11.2018 tk
