Bojja Venkata Ramana v. The State Of A.P
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.41894 of 2018 ORDER :
The only grievance of the petitioners is that they filed appeal on 09.07.2018 before the 3rd respondent against the endorsement of the 4th respondent, refusing to mutate their names in the revenue records in respect of subject land. As no orders are passed by the 3rd respondent in the said appeal, this writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the writ petition can be disposed of granting permission to the petitioners to file revision before the Joint-Collector for cancellation of pattadar passbooks. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to file revision before the Joint Collector concerned. On such filing, the Joint Collector is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners as well as the affected parties. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________ A. RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 27th November, 2018 ajr
