The grievance of the petitioner is that he submitted representation dated 14.08.2018 before the 2nd respondent for removal of encroachments in respect of the land covered by Survey No.

386-1B, situated in Uppugunduru Village, Naguluppalapadu Mandal, Prakasam District. As the same is not being disposed of present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.08.2018, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
