HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 1 4 5 4 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Asst.Sub-Inspector of Police, Addanki Police Station, Prakasam District, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions to the extent of the their relevance to the present Writ Petition are under: - "It is submitted that the 3rd and 4th respondents has no occasion to interfere into the civil disputes between the writ petitioner and the 5th respondent. The 3rd and 4th respondents never insisted the writ petitioner to settle the matter with the 5th respondent in any manner. The 3rd and 4th respondents are no way connected the civil dispute and civil Suit O.S.No.48/ 2013 pending on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Addanki, and the 3rd and 4th respondents never insisting the writ petitioner to compromise with the 5th respondent. It is submitted that the writ petitioner filed false and frivolous Writ Petition to obtain the order from the Hon'ble High Court."

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Asst.Sub-Inspector of Police, Addanki Police Station, Prakasam District, with a further direction to the police not to interfere with the civil disputes unless the same is permissible in accordance with law.
