This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C), is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3, for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in connection with unregistered crime of Mahila Police Station, Nagarampalem, Guntur District, for the offence punishable under Section 498-A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3, the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondentState and perused the record. 3.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 that though no criminal case was registered against these petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3, however, they are being harassed by the Station House Officer, Mahila Police Station, Nagarampalem, Guntur District, and ultimately prayed to grant bail to the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3. 4.

Under the above circumstances, the Station House Officer, Mahila Police Station, Nagarampalem, Guntur District, shall not resort to any coercive and illegal measures against these petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3.
