The petitioners' grievance is that petitioners' representation dt.18.12.2015 opposing grant of compensation to respondent nos.6 and 7 is pending consideration before the 4th respondent, and that 4th respondent had not submitted any response to petitioners.

The learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent nos.1 to 5 states that 4th respondent will pass appropriate orders on petitioners'

representation dt.18.12.2015, and communicate its decision thereon to petitioners.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to pass appropriate orders on petitioners'

representation dt.18.12.2015 and communicate its decision thereon to petitioners within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No order as to costs.
