Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A.5, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State and perused the record.

This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner/A.5 in Crime No.37 of 2014 of Denduluru Police Station, West Godavari District for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B) and 302 IPC read with Section 34 and 109 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and falsely implicated in this case. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner.

The material on record reveals that the deceased in this case is the son of petitioner. The petitioner is addicted to bad habits. She harassed L.W.11 (sister of the deceased). The petitioner got eliminated the deceased with the help of A.1 to A.4. The charge sheet is filed. The earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 26.10.2017 in Crl.P.No.8358 of 2017. The allegations are grave. It is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner.
