Mr.P.V.S.S.Rama Rao, having regard to subsequent developments taking place in the matter, namely interim direction given by this Court, implementation by respondents, thereafter withdrawing the order etc., which is again the subject matter of another writ petition, does not press the writ prayer as made and seeks liberty to canvass the grounds available in the pending writ petition.

The writ petition is closed by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
