HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.41456 of 2018 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not releasing the pending document vide P.No.43 of 2018, executed by the petitioner for cancellation of Development of Agreement-cum-General Power of Attorney, after allotting Regular Register number.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that already refusal order No.2/18 is passed on 26.02.2018 and the same was also sent to the petitioner by Registered Post with Acknowledgement Due, but the same is returned as unclaimed, as such, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said refusal order No.2/2018, dated 26.02.2018, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
