This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in not disposing of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 08.08.2016 under Section 4-A of Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (POT) Act, 1977 against the order dated 06.07.2016 passed by the 4th respondent in Rc.No.24/2016-A.

Heard both sides.

In view of the above, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 08.08.2016 within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
