COMMON ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) Both these contempt cases are filed by the petitioner in W.P.No.10298 of 2013.

2. Mr.N.Subba Reddy, learned senior counsel representing Mr.N.Guru Gopal, learned counsel for the petitioner in both the contempt cases, has submitted that having regard to the averments contained in paragraph 9 of the counter-affidavit filed in C.C.No.2147 of 2015, the apprehension on which the petitioner has filed the said contempt case stood allayed and that therefore, his client is not intending to pursue C.C.No.2147 of 2015. As regards C.C.No.339 of 2016, the learned senior counsel has submitted that the petitioner was ill-advised to file the said contempt case and that therefore, it may be closed.

3. In the light of the above submissions of the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner in both the contempt cases, which are placed on record, both the Contempt Cases are closed.

4. As a sequel to closure of the Contempt Cases, Contempt Application Nos. 1337 of 2015 and 44, 565 of 2016 in C.C.No.2147 of 2015 and Contempt Application No.224 of 2016 in C.C.No.339 of 2016 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
