Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of his grievance, petitioner herein will make an appropriate application before the concerned authorities and the same may be directed to be considered in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above submission, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to make an appropriate application before the concerned authorities, within a period of one week from today, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents herein that, if any such application is filed by the petitioner herein, the same be considered and appropriate action/appropriate orders be passed, within a period of four weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.
