THE HON'BLE SRI IUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.12252 OF2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner/accused No.3 to quash the proceedings in Crime I ( ( No.541 of 2018, dated 04.09.2018 of Chandanagar Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 5 and 6 read with Section 3,2(c) of Prize Chits and Money Circulation Scheme (Banning) Act,1978.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

The Petition was filed questioning the regiskation of crime in the month of September,2018. No interim orders were passed by this Court, when the case was filed. Hence, I do not find any reason to keep the petition pending.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, in the event of cause surviving.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
