THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.287 of 2016 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners was that the Station House Officer, Pahadishareef Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, was not filing a charge sheet in relation to Crime No.50 of 2013 pending on the file of the said police station.

Written instructions dated 08.02.2016 were furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Pahadishareef Police Station, to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein he stated that Crime No.50 of 2013 was registered under Sections 420, 468 and 471 I.P.C. read with Section 34 I.P.C. on the file of Pahadishareef Police Station upon the private complaint made by the fourth respondent being forwarded by the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, at L.B.Nagar. Upon investigation, the police authorities found that a prima facie case was established and accordingly laid a charge sheet before the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, on 27.01.2016, which was taken on file vide C.C.No.47 of 2016. The case was stated to be pending trial. In the light of the afore-stated developments, the grievance of the petitioners stands settled.
