Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioners before admission and before notice to defendants/ respondents 1 to 4. 2) The revision petitioners are plaintiffs who maintained O.S. No.142 of 2015 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Devarakonda for bare injunction. Pending the suit, the plaintiffs filed I.A. No.363 of 2015 to grant ad-interim injunction order in their favour and the Court, without passing ex parte order, ordered notice to respondents, who put forth their appearance subsequently and also filed counter. When the injunction petition was coming up for hearing, the petitioners also filed I.A. No.14 of 2016 for advancement of hearing of 1.A. No.363 of 2015 that, in fact has become infructuous. Later I.A. No.

363 of 2015 was taken up for hearing and it appears that the same was reserved after hearing and without pronouncing the judgment postponing the same is the main grievance of the revision petitioners. 3) The Court is bound to dispose of the application, once the application is heard and reserved. It shall pronounce orders within 30 days unless reopened for further hearing by cogent reasons at any cost within 60 days to give disposal.

4) Having regard to the above, instead of keeping the matter pending and asking the lower Court to offer explanation, to subserve the ends of justice, the revision is disposed of directing the lower Court to keep the above mandate in mind as a guidance for future and shall dispose of the application whether reserved for orders or even reopened and kept pending, at any cost on merits, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance by

Dr SSRB, J CRP_5913_2016 submitting copy of the order to the Registry of the Court through the District Judge.

Consequently, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Revision, shall stand closed.
