In view of the limited nature of the prayer made and in view of the fact that the injunction sought relates to a passage, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the application for injunction within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
