THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP. No.36123 of 2016 O R D E R:

Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition contending that they were employed as Ambulance Drivers in respondentsOrganisation through private contractor and worked as such since 2008, but suddenly they were disengaged on 09.09.2016 orally. They submitted representations on 21.09.2016 and 03.10.2016 to both the respondents for reengagement of their services, but the respondents have not taken any decision on the said representations.

Smt K.Udaya Sri, Standing Counsel appearing for respondents states that the respondents will consider the petitioners' representations within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to the petitioners.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners' representations within a period of two

(02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision thereon to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Revision shall stand closed.
