THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.28726 of 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition arises out of the order dated 16.08.2016 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, refusing extension of interim orders granted earlier and dismissing M.A.No.1009 of 2016 filed in O.A.No.2228 of 2016 for the said purpose.

Though boycott by advocates is not a ground for nonappearance of the learned counsel on the listed date, we are of the opinion that the larger interest of the litigant should also be kept in mind and he should not be victimised for the fault or lapse on the part of his counsel. The fact also remains that the Tribunal, having applied its mind, granted interim orders earlier in the O.A. We therefore set aside the order dated 16.08.2016 passed in M.A.No.1009 of 2016 in O.A.No.2228 of 2016 and order the said M.A. extending the interim order dated 17.06.2016 till the disposal of the O.A.

The writ petition is allowed to the extent indicated above. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
