HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.41477 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that he filed representation dated 14.09.2018 before the 2nd respondent to issue 'No Objection Certificate'

to alienate the land admeasuring Ac.4.20 guntas in Sy.No.62, situated at Madharam Village, Avushapur Ghatkesar Mandal, MedchalMalkajgiri District, which was granted in his favour under ExServiceman Quota. As the same is not being disposed of, present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the facts and circumstances, since the grievance of the petitioner is before the 2nd respondent by way of representation dated 14.09.2018, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 14.09.2018, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
